Sleeve Packs, sometimes referred to as Plastic Gaylords, are a lightweight alternative to heavier molded plastic bulk containers. They are available in many different footprints and be tailor-made to meet your height requirements. These reusable bulk shipping containers are perfect for transport of linens, boxes good, and general merchandise. The unique 3-piece desigin of the sleeve pack distribution container makes instant and easy acess to restrained or stationary loads where the product load has mostly downward pressure (as opposed to outward created by small loose bulk product).
Their innovative design allows these light-weight collapsible shipping and storage containers to be rugged and have excellent impact-resistance. For quick access to your product you simply remove the lid to the sleeve pack and then remove the sleeve. What you have left is your product sitting on a plastic pallet and ready for handling. These innovative bulk containers can have a corrugated plastic container sleeve or a cardboard sleeve. Other options include drop doors, split-sleeve configurations, locks, screen printing for identification and more.
While there are some standard sizes for our Sleeve Pack Bulk Bins we also can make these bulk boxes to your specified height. For shipping in an over the road trailer the 36" and 52" high containers will best maximize your freight. Options can include adding drop doors, split sleeve configurations, printing, interior dunnage and more.
